These are some great pictures even if the colors look a bit overprocessed for my taste.

Those are all HDR (High Dynamic Range ) photos and are not really over processed.
Those images are much closer to way scenes really appear to they eye. Most scenes have extremely dark and bright spots that you can both see clearly.

Cameras however only allow you to take a single exposure that's set to bring out the shadows or the highlights so it never really looks like it does in real life.

With these photos they have taken multiple exposures, some getting the highlights, other getting the shadows and so on. They are then merged in photoshop.
