    Did you know that the Republicans hold such control over the House of Representatives that they can even reverse a vote? Did you know that a vote in the House can be changed after it has been counted? Me neither. Thanks, Patsy, this one was enlightening.

    I had an idea that it could be done. I believe it has been done before, in fact I am quite sure of it. I'll put that out there for now but will look up info to back up my claim.
